Her work for senior executives includes advising on accused wrongdoing, grievance and disciplinary processes, strategizing exit terms and enforceability of post-termination restrictions. Her work for businesses includes providing HR support and general business advisory work for corporate clients and dealing with Employment Tribunal litigation.

- Advising an LLP respondent in Employment Tribunal proceedings relating to a partner’s claim of sexual harassment and discrimination with claimant projected losses of 5 million.
- Advising on and challenging the enforceability of restrictive covenants for both employers and senior employees, including with restrictions in jurisdictions outside of England requiring coordinated multi-jurisdictional advice.
- Strategizing exit options for senior executives in the private equity industry in ways that best protect the individuals’ interests in equity carry schemes.
