Satish is a specialist in corporate sports law, especially in the key areas of corporate finance, corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and start-ups. With over 20 years' experience, Satish was formerly with Baker McKenzie, Townleys and Hammonds. Satish also advises on commercial agreements, event management, structural issues in sport and the regulations of sporting bodies.
Clients have included Ascot Racecourse, Liverpool Football Club, British Champions’ Series, CSM and Velon, numerous owner-managed sports businesses and several major investors in sport.
Satish is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
