Sarah qualified with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in September 2023. She deals with a variety of private client matters, including probate, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, deeds of variation and general trust and estate administration. She advises and assists executors and administrators with the estate administration process, from registering the death, investigating the deceased’s assets, applying for probate, collecting in the assets and making distributions to the beneficiaries.
Sarah also has experience in deputyship matters, Court of Protection applications and recognition in the UK of foreign Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
