Prior to qualifying into the Dubai office, Sarah completed her training contract in the firm’s London office where she undertook contentious seats within the firm’s commercial dispute resolution and construction engineering and project’s teams.
Sarah has since gained experience acting on a broad range of disputes, including commercial and construction disputes and international arbitrations under DIAC and the UNCITRAL Rules.
Sarah is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

- Advising a leading financial institution in summary proceedings in England, on its claim for damages, expenses and costs in relation to an abandoned aircraft.
- Advising a global construction contractor on a dispute involving claims for extensions of time, prolongation costs and delay damages.
- Advising on multi-jurisdictional proceedings in England and the Isle of Man in relation to allegations of fraud.
- Advising a leading financial institution on arbitration proceedings involving restricted and unrestricted wakala agreements.
