Samantha qualified as a Solicitor in August 2025 after completing her training contract with the Firm. She assists with all areas of private client matters, including tax, trust and succession planning for high net worth individuals (during lifetime and post-death), trust and estate administration, and the preparation of Wills and trust instruments. Samantha is also involved in matters concerning the Court of Protection, including the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
During Samantha’s training at the Firm, she had the benefit of spending six months in the Firm’s specialist Family, Private Property and Real Estate Disputes teams, so has wider familiarity with key concepts and issues relevant to private client affairs.
Samantha attained her LLB from the University of Surrey and later completed her LPC & MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law. Samantha is admitted in practice in England and Wales.
