Sam advises on both contentious and non-contentious areas of Employment Law. Sam has experience in Employment Tribunal litigation covering issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, victimisation, harassment and whistleblowing. Sam also has experience in assisting with day to day advice on employment matters, including employment contracts, settlement agreements, company handbooks and policies, redundancy scenarios and disciplinary and grievance processes.
Sam is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
