Sam assists the team on a range of matters within the construction and engineering industry, advising on contracting arrangements as well as dispute management, with a range of experience in adjudication and litigation.

Sam is admitted to practice in England and Wales.

Experience

  • Advising a main contractor client on a dispute with the current freeholder and specialist consultant/sub-contractors in relation to defective cladding.
  • Advising developer clients on procurement and assisting with the drafting of various contractual documents.
  • Advising specialist cladding sub-contractor in relation to a claim from the main contractor and local council.
  • Assisting on a number of account adjudications, acting for both referring party and respondent party.
