Experience
- Advising a main contractor client on a dispute with the current freeholder and specialist consultant/sub-contractors in relation to defective cladding.
- Advising developer clients on procurement and assisting with the drafting of various contractual documents.
- Advising specialist cladding sub-contractor in relation to a claim from the main contractor and local council.
- Assisting on a number of account adjudications, acting for both referring party and respondent party.
