Summary

Robyn assists with a broad range of contentious trust and estate matters including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, cases involving lack of testamentary capacity, rectification of wills, allegations of forgery and professional negligence. Robyn has experience of assisting on contentious and non-contentious matters within the Court of Protection, including statutory will applications and assists Deputies with general management under Deputyship Orders. Robyn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with a Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice, specialising in Law of Wills and Succession, and Probate Practice.

Robyn is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
