Raj leads the Firm’s Communications function, overseeing external communications and media relations, internal communications, leadership messaging and corporate affairs. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Raj works closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Partners across the Firm to shape and deliver clear, consistent and impactful messaging in support of the Firm’s strategic priorities, growth ambitions and international presence.
With over 17 years of experience in agencies and in house, Raj has extensive experience advising professional services organisations on complex and sensitive communications, including crisis and issues management, change and transformation programmes, and cross‑border initiatives. She plays a central role in supporting major firmwide projects, international office launches and client‑facing events across the UK, Middle East, Europe, the US and Asia.
Prior to joining Charles Russell Speechlys, Raj held senior communications roles within international professional services environments, building and leading high‑performing teams and working closely with executive leadership to strengthen stakeholder engagement and organisational culture.
