Since 1997, she has collaborated with major international tax law firms.
Her areas of expertise focus on tax advisory services for both corporate income tax and VAT purposes, assisting companies and multinational groups, as well as on international taxation and M&A transactions, including the drafting of advance tax ruling requests. She has developed significant experience working with companies in the healthcare and industrial sectors.
Raffaella has authored several publications on tax matters and is a lecturere at the “Ezio Vanoni” High School of Economics and Finance. She also serves as a statutory auditor for medium-sized and large companies, including listed companies and their subsidiaries.
A native Italian speaker, and fluent in English.
