Rachel advises individuals and families in relation to wills and estate planning, personal tax and planning for incapacity.

Rachel has undertaken two secondments to the firm’s Geneva office and her work often has an international element. She advises high net worth individuals who are considering a move to the UK, providing such clients with pre-arrival tax planning as well as advice on residence and domicile, trusts and other asset holding structures. Rachel also works closely with trustees and banks advising them on the establishment and management of asset holding structures, in particular, trust formation and administration.
Rachel is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
She has been named as one of eprivateclient’s “Top 35 under 35” 2018, a rising star and Young Turk 2018 by Spear’s Magazine and as “One to watch” in Legal Week’s Private Client Global Elite in both 2017 and 2018.
Rachel is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
