Rachel advises individuals and families on a range of private client matters, including the establishment and restructuring of family trusts, cross‑border succession planning, and probate matters. She also has extensive experience collaborating with accounting firms, private banks, trust companies and other financial institutions.
Rachel graduated with First Class Honours from the Master of Laws (LLM) programme at the University of Cambridge. She also achieved First Class Honours in both the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) programmes at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In recognition of her academic achievements, Rachel has received multiple scholarships and awards, including sponsorship under the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government’s Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme to pursue her LLM studies at Cambridge.
Rachel is dual‑qualified and admitted to practise in Hong Kong and in England and Wales. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
