Rachel advises on a variety of aspects of commercial and residential property litigation work. She assists with landlord and tenant disputes, including collecting rent and service charge arrears, as well as dealing with other breaches of covenant and possession issues. She also advises on range of other property management issues such as consultation on qualifying works and qualifying long term Agreements. Rachel also deals with a variety of issues for clients relating to commercial properties, including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, professional negligence claims and boundary disputes. She is also involved with enforcement work, particularly the transfer of County Court Judgments to the High Court for enforcement.
Rachel is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
