AboutRachel advises land owning clients including charities, trustees and executors. The range of work that Rachel deals with is broad, covering both day-to-day management and transactional work. The management work includes land sales and purchases; arrangements for third party use of and rights over land; granting, surrendering and varying agricultural and diversification tenancies and refinancing. The transactional work includes whole farm and estate transactions.
