- Advising the Securities Commission of the Bahamas (SCB) in the global FTX cryptocurrency exchange insolvency, navigating its Supreme Court-appointed trusteeship in respect of $3.5 billion worth of digital assets.
- Counselling a UK-based software development company on data protection compliance for the rollout of an AI model, involving user-incentivised data scraping from social media platforms.
- Advising family offices and UHNW individuals on the valuation, taxation, custody, and trust structuring of substantial digital asset portfolios.
- Guiding an AI provider on contractual provisions for the distribution and licensing of generative AI models.
