- Acting for an Employer (FTSE 250 residential property developer) in respect of building safety defects.
- Acting for an Employer (public sector) in a High Court (TCC) claim concerning a number of defects to an office block in central London including in respect of fire safety defects.
- Acting for Employers (management companies) in respect of a potential disputes concerning fire safety defects in residential developments in London and the South East.
- Acting for Employers (FTSE 100 residential property developer and public sector) in respect of terminations of agreements (JCT and bespoke) as a result of contractor insolvencies including ongoing County Court proceedings concerning a personal guarantee.
- Acting for an Employer (public sector) in adjudications and in an ongoing arbitration concerning payment disputes against a French energy contractor.
- Acting for an Employer (FTSE 100 residential property developer) in respect of a potential delay dispute with a main contractor concerning a well-known residential development in London. Part of the above experience has been gained at a previous firm.
