Richard advises on a wide range of real estate matters including landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold commercial transactions, development land acquisitions and disposals as well as real estate finance.

Prior to joining Charles Russell Speechlys in June 2021, Richard worked at a central Bristol practice where he specialised in the sale and acquisition of development land working with individual property investors, national house builders, housing associations and local authorities.
