Peter is a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience. He has significant experience of every aspect of contentious landlord and tenant work. Peter has a strong reputation in the property litigation field with particular expertise in insolvency issues arising in the context of property.
He regularly writes articles and books on property and insolvency issues (he was the author of the Law Society's Guide to Enforcement Law published in 2008 and Jordon's Property Insolvency published in 2009). Peter is recognised as a 'Leading Individual' in Legal 500 and by Chambers and Partners.
