Peter has an international practice and specialises in advising on commercial disputes for high net worth individuals and corporate clients. He advises on a range of commercial disputes including, breaches of contract, shareholder disputes and civil fraud.
Peter is experienced in international arbitrations having represented clients in SIAC, LCIA, ICC, LMAA and CAS arbitral proceedings across a range of jurisdictions.
Peter is a qualified mediator and has a particular interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Peter is admitted to practise in England and Wales, and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore.
