Paul is responsible for ensuring the Firm has a strong talent pipeline to meet the needs of our clients now and in the future whilst supporting the growth aspirations of the Firm. Paul brings a wealth of commercial experience gained in global corporate organisations leading teams in marketing, sales operations, business planning, quality and compliance as well as extensive experience in learning & development, working within Professional Services and Automotive sector for the last 25+ years whilst further supporting clients in corporate, retail, homebuilding, construction, and not for profit organisations.
Paul has an MSc in Executive Coaching and is a Qualified & EMCC Accredited Executive & Team Coach.
Paul has utilised his career experience to specialise in developing business, management & leadership skills with a particular interest in organisational behaviour, leading organisational & cultural change, strategy development & execution. Paul has researched extensively what it takes to build high performing teams over the last decade alongside his own personal practical experience informing his work as a leader in learning and as an executive coach.
Paul’s coaching practice includes working with leaders on a one-to-one basis and executive teams in areas such as career transitions, strategy development & execution, organisational change, developing high performing teams, resilience and wellbeing. Paul is an experienced and accredited practitioner of many diagnostic and psychometric tools including, Emotional Intelligence Assessments, 6 Conditions Team TDS Survey and The Team Psychological Safety Scan.
