Paolo Rampulla is a partner in the Firm’s Italian practice with 25 years’ experience. He has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on Italian as well as international tax planning matters, for both inbound and outbound investments.
Paolo regularly assists multinational groups and private equity funds in M&A transactions, dealing with financial and tax matters.
