About
Oni's practice focuses on investment funds and financial services regulatory matters. She assists with the establishment and structuring of private investment funds, as well as regulatory compliance, SFC licensing and ongoing advisory matters for asset managers and financial institutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Oni gained experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters during her training contract, including fund formation and regulatory advisory work.
Oni obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

- Supporting the team in advising asset managers and listed companies on regulatory compliance matters.
- Assisting with corporate and IPO matters, including drafting and verification of prospectuses, due diligence and corporate transactions.
- Assisting individuals, asset managers and listed companies with SFC investigations and HKEX enforcement actions.
