Her responsibilities include assisting the team with various court actions within Bahrain and the UK, including cross-border arbitration and mediation proceedings and facilitating direct liaison with local law firms in Bahrain in relation to claims within the jurisdiction.
Prior to working as a Trainee at the firm, Nouf was a paralegal in the Manama office where she provided legal support to all the departments, including the Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, Construction, Banking & Finance, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution teams. Nouf is fluent in Arabic and English.
- Advising a significant US software client with its company secretarial work in Saudi Arabia, including the acquisition of various company licences and changes to its management structure and Articles of Association.
- Assistance with the administration of a bank in Bahrain, including dealing with complex and high value contentious matters being brought in multiple international jurisdictions.
- Arabic-based assistance to the London CDR team on a substantial case in the Cayman Islands.
