About

Noah works on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions for private companies, reorganisations, private equity and venture capital investments as well as corporate governance. Whilst Noah's work is mainly UK related, he has assisted clients in the impact investing sphere with a particular focus in Sub-Saharan Africa. Noah is also a frequent traveller to the region with a great network across West-Africa. Noah advises clients in emerging markets on transactions across a number of sectors, including agribusiness and energy and natural resources.

Noah is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

Experience

  • Advised Miro Forestry Developments Limited, a UK-headquartered sustainable forestry and plywood manufacturer operating across West Africa, on its latest fundraising round led by Lagata, now the company’s principal shareholder.
  • Advised long-standing client AgDevCo, a specialist impact investor in African agribusinesses, on its $85 million investment from British International Investment (BII), Norfund and Swedfund.
  • Assisted AgDevCo on a preference share investment of up to $7 million into a Kenyan agriculture company.
  • Supported Actis, a leading emerging markets private equity firm on the disposal of a landmark commercial real estate asset in West Africa.
  • Conducted due diligence on the UK subsidiary of a global fintech company based in Nigeria.
  • Advised IE7 Ltd on its joint venture with Siaka Stevens in respect of the Sherbro Alliance Project.
