Nigel joined Charles Russell in 1987 and has extensive experience in all key areas of real estate but is particularly known for the following:
- Residential and mixed-use Investment and Development - acting for both institutional and private investors and developers.
- Landowners - helping landowners manage and maximise the value of their holdings.
His clients include national funds involved in the PRS and BtR sectors, housebuilders and landed estates.
His team is described by clients in Legal 500 2020 as providing "a city quality service" and " the clients benefit from the feeling of intimacy of a smaller firm but has the depth and experience of a much larger one" with "good availability and exceptional performance".

Experience
- Acting for many national residential investment funds acquiring and disposing of properties for national funds with each with between £100 to £300 million of investment in the sector. This has included providing construction, planning, management, enfranchisement and associated advice and has included acquisitions and disposals of up to 300 properties in a single transaction.
