Nigel joined Charles Russell Speechlys in 1987 and has extensive experience in all key areas of real estate but is particularly known for the following:
- Residential and Mixed Use Investment and Development - acting for both institutional and private investors and developers. He has particular knowledge of the enfranchisement and management regimes necessary to set up complex sites.
- Landowners - helping landowners manage and maximise the value of their holdings.
His clients include national funds involved in the Private Rented Sector and Build to Rent sectors, housebuilders and landed estates.
