About
Nick is an Associate in the Family team. He has experience advising clients upon relationship breakdown, including unmarried separation, divorce and associated financial matters. Nick has acted for clients in complex financial remedy proceedings, including those with an international element and trust structures. Nick advises on private law children matters including day-to-day arrangements for children, relocation and cases in which there are allegations of domestic abuse. Nick also has experience of applications for a declaration of parentage.
Nick has experience negotiating pre and post-nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements.
Nick is a member of Resolution, a national association of family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive, non-confrontational and cost-effective resolution of family disputes.
Nick is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
