Natalie is a commercial contracts specialist who works closely with our retail, hospitality, consumer brands, digital, technology and sports clients. Natalie is an expert in advertising and marketing related matters, with wide-ranging experience of sponsorship agreements, collaboration arrangements, and consumer activations. She is also an IP specialist and has worked with global retailers in drafting their brand guidelines and has also worked with a national broadcaster in regards to their IP rights in respect of a NFT/digital collectibles project.
Some of Natalie’s recent highlights include advising global accounting and financial software company Sage on its new partnership with the England & Wales Cricket Board in respect of The Hundred tournament, and British Swimming on its 6 year sponsorship deal with swimwear and apparel supplier Speedo.
Natalie has also completed a number of international secondments, including in Paris where she worked with a global conglomerate specialising in luxury goods.
