Millie is an Associate in the Private Wealth team and advises a broad range of individuals, families, family offices and trustees in relation to UK tax, trusts, lifetime planning and estate planning. Millie has experience in advising clients relocating to the UK, including the application of the statutory residence test and options for tax efficient pre-arrival planning. Millie also has particular experience in the crypto sector, advising clients both on pre-arrival planning options involving their crypto holdings and their UK tax treatment.
