About

Mike has a broad corporate practice, working on acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and group reorganisations. Mike has a particular interest in corporate advisory and governance work, working with corporates, entrepreneurs and family-owned companies.  

Mike is admitted to practice in England and Wales. 

Experience

  • Acting for Avalara., Inc, a listed US software group on its acquisition of Impendulo Limited; 
  • Advising a boutique investment bank on an investment round; 
  • Acting for Nortal, a multinational strategic change and technology company, on its acquisition of Questers, a software development company in the IT resourcing industry; 
  • Acting for the founders of an investment funds directorship services business on their exit from the business; 
  • Acting for the founder of Blokur, a music rights data platform, on its sale to Music Reports; and
  • Advising the shareholders of Douglas & Gordon Estate Agents on its sale to Foxtons.
