International
Michael oversees the Firm’s continental European offices in Paris, Luxembourg, Milan, Geneva and Zurich.
As a member of the Firm’s Global Relationships Committee, which supervises the Firm’s international activities, he also co-ordinates the Firm's Latin America programme and our participation with the International Bar Association (IBA).
Michael is a fluent German speaker and a member of the Firm’s German Desk.
Michael is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
Healthcare
As a Corporate Partner until May 2023, Michael advised public and private companies, primarily in the healthcare sector, on their corporate and transactional matters for over 30 years. He worked with a number of the UK’s leading care home operators in that time. He is currently non-executive chairman of two UK based residential care home providers.
