Megan Gray

Knowledge Development Lawyer

Megan is a dual-qualified and highly experienced capital markets lawyer, transitioned to focus exclusively on ESG to support the Firm’s knowledge needs with respect to ESG law and regulation.

About

Megan is a Knowledge Development Lawyer, which is a senior position in the Firm, equivalent to Senior Associate status for fee earners. She builds and develops the Firm’s knowledge across jurisdictions within ESG law and regulation in connection with our Firm’s offering to support and empower clients in their ongoing ESG journeys.

Prior to this, Megan gained significant experience at leading international law firms within US securities and capital markets in both London and Hong Kong, and spent time in-house (on secondment) at a top investment bank and in the corporate legal team at a global media company.

She previously was a co-contributor on ESG in financing in INSOL International’s “ESG in Restructuring”.

Megan is admitted to practise law in New York and England and Wales. She received a J.D./LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Cornell Law School.

Experience

Acting for issuers, underwriters and private equity on a number of high-profile international equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings on the London and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges.
