Matthew is able to advise on matters across the private client spectrum, with a particular specialism in dealing with complex probate and trust issues. Matthew routinely advises on cross-border estates, and has a particular interest in dealing with contentious estate administrations (including when an independent administrator is appointed). Matthew is experienced in advising on intestacies, as well as dealing with estates involving agricultural farming elements.
Matthew is a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having achieved a Distinction. He is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
