Mark acts on contentious and non-contentious insolvency related matters for a wide range of clients, including insolvency practitioners in administrations, liquidations and when appointed as trustees in bankruptcy. He also advises other stakeholders in the insolvency context, including banks, financial institutions, companies, directors and trade creditors. Prior to joining the firm, Mark spent five years working at a major insolvent investment bank as a solicitor in the in-house legal team, where he gained exposure to a wide range of complex insolvency and banking issues, as well as a clear understanding of the commercial practicalities to be considered when providing advice in these areas.
