Mark assists the team on a variety of non-contentious and contentious matters within the construction and engineering industry.
Mark advises on contract formation and construction documentation, as well as acting on a wide range of disputes including litigation and adjudication. Mark is also part of the Firm's Building and Fire Safety team and advises clients on the new regulatory regime imposed on residential developments.
Mark is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
