Marina assists clients at every stage of dispute resolution, from pre-litigation strategy through to court proceedings, judicial expert proceedings, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
She also gained significant in-house experience, having spent several years as legal counsel at France's leading airline.
Marina holds a Ph.D. in Private Law from Paris Panthéon-Assas University. She also graduated from Shanghai Normal University, the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and EDHEC Business School.
She lectures on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) law at the Université Catholique de Lille.
Marina works in French, English and Spanish.
