Marina specialises in complex civil, commercial and criminal litigation, as well as in arbitration. She advises and represents French and international clients in a wide range of sectors.
Marina assists clients in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, including multi-jurisdictional litigation, judicial expertise proceedings, recognitions and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
She also gained experience in the corporate world by working several years as an in-house counsel in the first French airline company.
She holds a Ph.D in Dispute Resolution from Paris Panthéon-Assas University.
Marina is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
