AboutManpreet is a Fellow member of the Institute of Paralegals, who has over ten years’ experience in property law. The first five years have been spent in non-contentious property transactions. Since joining the Property Litigation team she carries out contentious residential property work for large residential landlords.
She predominantly deals with the rent and service charge collections for residential long leases, which has included successfully obtaining default judgments, possession orders in the County Courts and, where a lease so provides, the full costs of that action.
Manpreet has also gained a qualification in General Debt Recovery (Enforcement) and Mortgage Repossessions.
