About

Louise advises a broad range of UK and international individuals and trustees on all aspects of tax, succession and estate planning, providing tax efficient solutions for preserving wealth for future generations. Louise has a particular interest in advising clients with art collections and heritage property, and she advises on offers in lieu of tax, the conditional exemption, the Cultural Gifts Scheme; and on donations and loans to public and charitable institutions. In addition, Louise advises on the licencing regime for the export of cultural goods and on UK law surrounding the import, export and transfer of ivory items.

Louise is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, and of Professional Advisers to the International Art Market (PAIAM). She is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
