Lin specialises in litigation and contentious regulatory matters and has experience working with governing bodies, clubs, players, agents and other commercial parties. Lin has experience of complex high-court litigation matters, arbitrations including before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and disciplinary and regulatory proceedings before The FA, UEFA and FIFA.
Lin is admitted to practice in England and Wales.

Since joining Charles Russell Speechlys, Lin has become a trusted advisor to some of the firm’s most important sports clients. Her recent work highlights include acting for a tennis regulatory body before the Court of Arbitration for Sport and acting for Nike in respect of various contentious matters.
