Libby qualified as a solicitor in 2018. She deals with a variety of private client matters, including advising on will drafting, tax planning, probate and general trust and estate administration. She also has experience in Court of Protection matters including drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Experience
Drafting wills for high net worth clients, with a view to protecting their wealth for future generations through the use of will trusts and other estate planning measures. Assisting executors with the estate administration process, from registering the death, investigating the deceased's assets, applying for probate, collecting in the assets and making distributions to the relevant beneficiaries.
