Libby has a multi-faceted practice. She advises on all aspects of corporate restructurings and insolvencies. She has advised on complex and high value cross-border restructurings as well as domestic matters in a whole range of sectors such as retail, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services. She also has experience of conducting high value litigation.
She has developed a practice advising officeholders and their firms on various risk related matters including professional negligence claims against them and regulatory reviews and investigations.
Libby spent a number of years as the risk management partner for the restructuring team of a Big Four firm and as the Head of Risk and Legal at the entity created following the sale of the restructuring team to private equity.

- Acting for the administrators of Bell Pottinger LLP.

- Advising officeholders and their firms on professional negligence claims.
- Advising insolvency practitioners on matters arising from regulatory visits, reviews and investigations.
