She also has experience in a range of Court of Protection matters including drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and preparing deputyship and statutory will applications.
Lauren is a member of STEP, the global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning. She has obtained four advanced STEP certificates in the administration of trusts and estates, the taxation of trusts and estates and cross-border estate planning. Having completed her specialist qualifications, she is in the process of applying to become a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP).
