She has responsibility for the Firm’s global technology strategy, operations and delivery, encompassing infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, information security, IT service management and IT project delivery. Laura works closely with Partners and senior business leaders to ensure technology services are secure, resilient and aligned to the needs of clients and the Firm’s international operations.
Prior to joining the Firm, Laura held senior leadership roles across IT, business change and information security, primarily within financial services organisations undergoing significant transformation. Her experience includes delivering complex change programmes, mergers and acquisitions, and building and leading high performing teams.
Laura brings a strong focus on service excellence, collaboration, governance, risk management and supplier performance, ensuring technology investment supports the Firm’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, she is also a member of the Firm’s senior management community and is actively involved in cross‑firm initiatives.
