Kristen’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and regulatory matters. She has experience representing issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings in Hong Kong, and advising clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Kristen obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania and subsequently completed her Juris Doctor (JD) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Kristen is admitted to practice in Hong Kong. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
