Keir advises clients on a wide variety of corporate finance issues such as mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and investment finance related matters.
He regularly advises on cross border mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and financing across a broad range of sectors. Keir has developed leading experience advising clients within sports, specialising in sports investment, particularly in football, but also in tennis, cricket, motor racing, rugby and horse racing. He is particularly well-known for his football expertise, and has worked on football club financing for over 25 years, dealing with takeovers, debt and equity funding, player and stadium acquisitions, sponsorship and naming rights. Keir is identified in the legal directories as a leading expert in Sport and mid-market mergers and acquisitions. He has worked in London, Hong Kong and Australia.
Keir is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
