About
Karim mainly focuses on relocation of HNWIs, taxation of financial instruments, artworks, trusts and family foundations, estate/succession tax structuring, as well as international and EU tax law. Karim advises also on Italian VAT law, particularly in relation to Italian VAT matters concerning luxury assets.
Before joining, Karim gained valuable experience with a leading international firm and a leading Italian firm in the private clients sector.
Karim graduated summa cum laude in Law at the University of Florence. He also holds a master’s in international taxation from the University of Rome – Tor Vergata.
Karim is a lawyer admitted to the Milan Bar.

- Assisting individuals on the relocation to Italy under the Italian lump sum tax regime, the workers relocation regime and the pensioners regime.
- Advising trustees, settlors and beneficiaries in relation to the Italian tax treatment of trusts.
- Advising sportspersons and entertainers on Italian tax law.
- Advising individuals in the structuring of purchase and holding of luxury assets (eg, yachts and planes).
- Advising individuals in the estate planning matters.
