About

Karen assists in setting up different types of investment funds, including hedge funds, real estate funds, commodity funds, fund of funds and crypto funds in the form of a segregated portfolio company, exempted limited partnership, standalone corporate fund, open-ended fund company and master-feeder structure. Karen also assists clients with applications for licences to conduct regulated activities.

In addition, Karen assists in providing regulatory advice in relation to Hong Kong’s securities and virtual asset regimes across trading, asset management, investment advisory and derivatives activities.

Karen speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
