Jonathan specialises in commercial law with particular expertise in transactions having an international bias, often acting as project manager to ensure the successful conclusion of the transaction. He has been, among other appointments, general counsel to a mobile telecommunications group operating in emerging markets, legal advisor to professional directors and trustees for a group of offshore fiduciaries and a commercial trouble shooter to salvage clients' interests in failing projects. Although experienced in mainstream law, Jonathan is not restricted by it and is both innovative and effective in using the law to the best advantage of his clients. His work is largely for private companies and entrepreneurs.
