Jody is an experienced commercial and IP lawyer whose practice focuses on the areas of digital, data and technology in sport and media. He advises clients on a broad range of topics, including: the acquisition, licensing and protection of media and data rights; sponsorship; marketing and advertising; technology and digital services; e-commerce and other general commercial contract matters.Jody was head of the Sports Data, Betting & Integrity Group at Couchmans and has advised leading sports leagues and governing bodies in the UK, Europe and the US on their strategy in these areas and interactions with the betting industry more generally.
Jody is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
