Jess advises landowners, farmers and businesses on a wide range of rural property matters, with particular expertise in large-scale estate and farm transactions. Her practice encompasses agricultural, residential and commercial tenancies, as well as related matters such as easements and rights of way.
Having trained and worked as a rural surveyor before qualifying as a solicitor, Jess brings a practical, hands-on perspective to her advice. Her rural background gives her a genuine understanding of the challenges facing agricultural clients.
Jess is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

- Advising on and preparing leases for estate clients, covering equestrian property, sports clubs and agricultural holdings.
- Advising on the purchase and sub-sale of agricultural land in Hampshire, including SDLT and inheritance tax planning considerations.
- Assisting with a £58 million estate sale comprising multiple dwellings, parkland, woodland, arable land and farm buildings.
